Room reservation

We have Howe 1252 reserved from 8:00 to 9:00 p.m. every Thursday.

I did schedule your group to meet in Howe 1252 on Thursdays 8-9 p.m. Jan. 16
- May 1. This room is identical to 1304. Please let me know if there are
any changes in your request. Thanks.
Katie

Flyers

Two flyers: One for the IGF Entry, which we'll use in the design building to attract artists. The other has general club information such as the web site, room and time, mailing list information and purpose, which will go anywhere and everywhere.

Ace's talk (first meeting)

He'll be talking on the 23rd. We must advertise.

3) Ace's Talk
  - We could use flyers for this too. or put this talk information on maybe half of the general flyers?
  - e-mail to -annc, ugrads@cs, grads@cs, and cprE stuff, and maybe massmail@vrac

Second Meeting

Let's "make a game in an hour" using whatever materials we can get ahold of.

We need to use the C4 at some point too.

How far in advance do I need to reserve a room for club meetings?

Generally you should reserve the room at least a couple of weeks before the semester begins. Currently you must reserve a room through the FP&M Room Reservation Request form online at http://www.fpm.iastate.edu/forms/room Try to reserve the same room all semester so that you have a consistent meeting location and the members don't have to figure out a new place to go each week. This will also allow you to use the same advertising materials over and over again.
